The setting
Vesta Chalet A is one of several chalets in the Vesta Chalets development at Lauchernalp, in Valais. The resort lies at 2,000 m. The chalet has direct access to the slopes, for skiing in and out. Its plot measures 660 m². Ceiling-high windows give a 180-degree view across the Alps. In summer, the area offers many hiking and mountain biking trails.
The chalet
The chalet offers 264 m² of living space, with four bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms. Ceilings are high and the interior is finished in wood. The kitchen is custom made. Modern furniture is available as an option. The chalet has its own wine cellar, gym, sauna and steam room, plus an outdoor hot tub. The published images are for reference only. The chalets can be customised to a large extent.
Ownership
An optional rental management programme is available. A concierge team handles bookings, check-ins, cleaning and maintenance for owners and guests. Owners also have access to the Clubhouse, where costs apply. It has a spa and wellness area with pool, outdoor whirlpools and a fitness studio. There is also a bar and restaurant, and a kids club.
